Scott Deck - Head Coach
Coach Deck is currently in his second year coaching at Eagle High School, where he serves as a Special Education Teacher in the ERR classroom. Born and raised in Clovis, California, Coach Deck demonstrated exceptional athletic talent during his high school years, competing in three sports. His achievements include being named Athlete of the Year and receiving induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame at Clovis High School.
Furthering his athletic career, Coach Deck played at Fresno State, Fresno City College, and Westmont College, where he earned Honorable Mention All-American honors in his senior year. During that season, he achieved an impressive batting average of .391, complemented by eight home runs. Following his collegiate career, Coach Deck played one season of Independent Baseball for the Manitoba Wranglers in the Prairie League.
In addition to his teaching role, Coach Deck has an extensive coaching career. He led his team to victory at the CIF Southern
Section Championship while coaching at Thousand Oaks High School. He also guided his team to a runner-up finish in the Division 1 Southern Section Championship at Angel Stadium during his tenure at Agoura High School, where they were ranked #1 nationally for most of the 2005 season. Additionally, Coach Deck served as the head baseball coach at Westmont College for three years, where he successfully improved the team's win total for three consecutive seasons.
In his first year coaching at Eagle High School, Coach Deck's baseball team achieved remarkable success, being ranked #1 in Idaho for most of the 2024 season and winning the school's first District Championship since 2011 and finishing with a 21-5 record.
Coach Deck is married to Carrie, and they have two children, Presley, and Logan.

Mike Moore - Assistant Coach
Coach Moore brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in youth baseball and high school club baseball to our program. With a proven track record of leading teams to regional tournaments and assisting players in earning scholarship offers, he has made a significant impact on young athletes both on and off the field.
A passionate advocate for teaching the fundamentals of hitting, Coach Moore believes that mastering this critical skill is key to unlocking a player's full potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, technique, and the importance of a positive mindset, ensuring that every player not only improves their swing but also gains confidence in every game situation.
Off the field, Coach Moore is a devoted family man. He is proud to share his love of the game with his sons, RJ and Austin, and is grateful for the support of his wife, Michelle, who has been a constant source of encouragement throughout his coaching journey.

Doug Orchard - Assistant Coach
Coach Orchard brings extensive experience to the high school baseball program, having played four years at the College of Idaho, where he helped lead the team to an NAIA World Series title.
Following his playing career, he spent a year coaching at the collegiate level and has over 15 years of experience coaching youth baseball. His background in both playing and coaching at various levels allows him to effectively develop players, instilling the same work ethic, discipline, and teamwork that made him successful on the field.

Brian Wolfe - Assistant Coach
Coach Wolfe graduated from Servite High School in Anaheim, CA and was drafted as a 6th round pick RHP to the Minnesota Twins.
He played 8 seasons in the minor leagues, 3 seasons in MLB for the Toronto Blue Jays before transitioning and playing 9 years in Japan in the NPB, winning 2 Nippon series championships.
Brian and his wife have 3 beautiful children.

Kyle Harvey - Head Coach
Coach Harvey graduated from Southridge High School in Kennewick, Washington in 2016. After high school he attended Yakima Valley College for 2 years, in his sophomore season his team placed 2nd in the NWAC championship. After 2 successful seasons he transferred to Georgia Gwinnett College for 2 season. In his 2 seasons there he emerged a leader and in his senior season he helped his squad win a National championship. After school he played a short stint for the Savannah Bananas in 2021. Coach Harvey got into coaching in 2022-24 with Fruitland High School as an assistant coach under head coach Troy Bidwell. On top of coaching high school he is the 13u head coach at Catch.
His life away from baseball, he’s licensed in Idaho where he sells real estate all over the valley and is currently in the process of becoming licensed in Oregon as well. He currently lives in Ontario, Oregon with his wife Richelle and baby boy Scotty. He has a passion for helping and continuing to build the valley.

Josh Packer - Assistant Coach
Coach Packer played baseball in high school but decided to start a family at a young age, which led him to transition into coaching. He built a successful travel ball team that achieved numerous victories in the west. After his players moved on, he applied to coach at Highland High School in Pocatello. After relocating to the valley, he wanted to remain involved in the baseball community and stay connected to the game he has always loved. He is passionate about helping young men develop, not only as players, but also as individuals.

Jeremy Branco - Head Coach
Coach Branco began his coaching career in 2006 and has experience at almost every level youth baseball has to offer. He has coached at multiple high school baseball programs in Livermore, CA, run camps in the Bay Area for TPC/ training and organizing staffs with dozens of coaches that host 100 plus players at a time, as well as managing, umpiring and holding many positions on Little League boards including President of the LLIWS host league, assisting the 5070WS committee.
Most recently and in his first year as head coach for the Boise State NCBAD1 ‘23-‘24 Baseball team, he led the Broncos to a regular season record of 19-5, earning them a Regional berth for their second time in recent history. He began his college academics at Diablo Valley Community College, transferring to University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Economics in 2001. Coach Branco is married to his high school sweetheart, Theresa, and they have four children: CJ, Amber, Frankie and Paige.

Brandon King - Assistant Coach
Coach King grew up in Arlington, WA, and graduated from Archbishop Murphy High School. He then moved to Rigby, ID, and attended George Fox University in Newberg, OR, where he played baseball as a shortstop. After graduating in 2024, he moved to Eagle, Idaho and began coaching.

Jonathon Stone - Assistant Coach
Coach Stone grew up in Roseburg, OR and played baseball at Roseburg High School as a 1B. He went to college at George Fox University in Newberg, OR as a 1B/RHP. After college he moved to Eagle, ID to help coach baseball.

Greyson Sterling - Sport Psychologist
Grayson was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. In high school he was all conference 5A SIC for both outfield and shortstop for Capital. Following graduation in 2018, he attended Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington on a baseball scholarship. At Gonzaga, he made the all-WCC freshman team, was a multiple time all conference selection, and helped the team win two conference championships. Following his baseball career, Grayson has earned his masters in sports psychology and now helps athletes past mental challenges to perform their best.

Shawn Grandmont - Weight Trainer
Shawn is originally from Lethbridge, Alberta Canada. He grew up excelling in baseball and basketball before fully committing himself to baseball when he attended Vauxhall Baseball Academy. This is where he started his love of strength and conditioning, being able to get trained from Toronto Blue Jays S&G coordinators in the off season.
After his time in Canada, he committed to play college baseball at the College of Southern Idaho where he went to the Junior College World Series and placed 3rd in the nation. He was also privileged to be trained by a strength and conditioning coach who is now with the Philadelphia Phillies. After his time at CSI, he committed to Northwest Nazarene University where he also went to the Division 2 World Series and placed 6th in the nation.
Since his graduation from college he has spent his time training some of the top baseball players in the Treasure Valley and looks forward to helping the Eagle Baseball Program get stronger and faster while having the ultimate goal of getting his athletes to play at the next level.
